Who's afraid of Virginia Woolf Play by Edward Albee
  29.01.05

Well, I can't say that I understood everything... my German is certainly not that good. But, I read a scene by scene synopsis of the movie, which was more or less identical to the play. So, I had a good idea of the flow of the plot.
All four actors seemed to do credit to their rolls, and the costumes and sets were fine. The plot it's self I find to be quite... deep, and psychologically disturbing: the world that is in these people's heads is unbelievable. And... it's even plausible. It's just... disturbing.
I like the play, and its disturbing implications of our inner... pathos. I wish that I could just understand the German here, so that I could properly enjoy the subtle, quick one liners.
