This is an E-mail I wrote, but was not recieved, because the adress is no longer used. She was just someone I knew for a day, and... no one needs to know any more. There is little to tell anyhow; only that she was here with her school choir, and that she wasn't happy with many things in her life, and that she was glad to be away from her group for a little bit of time.
To one Elna, from long ago.
And I don't have any idea if this e-mail is still active, so I don't plan on writing Too much. But, in Victoria, all those years ago, weather you remember or not, you met a young Canadian Ballet Dancer, who was also in the choir of his school. I gave you a fairly lengthy massage, and the two of us spent the afternoon sitting on a bench, in each other's arms.
-And then, I don't think you ever heard from him again.
Well, that young person you met, has gone out into the world, works in Europe, and is now home for the summer holidays. And I found your address in a box of old papers. And I thought...
that you were an individual and interesting adolescent back then, So perhaps you're a very interesting "Adult" now. And, I could imagine, we may be able to find something to write about, (Assuming that *I* am still interesting as well.)
Anyhow, I thought you might like to know, that you were not forgotten, and that when I saw this ancient piece of paper from you, my smile was quick to bloom, and true in hue.
(Sorry, I'm a true addict of poetic passages. Just ignore anything which would be tiresome.)
I hope this finds you well, (if it finds you at all.)
Your friend of long ago,
Matthew Sly.
